Cancellations Should you decide to cancel an order after the order has shipped a 15% restocking fee shall be assessed, to cover handling and all credit card transaction fees, banks charge us an average of 3% on all transactions, including crediting a card. This only applies if we have already processed your card, if your order has shipped you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
